Offline English to Hebrew Translator Dictionary App Reviews

Downloaded and it never showed. Cant find it to delete or reload. Wont even launch from store.

So I get this app and the adds are popping up after anything you try so I purchases the add free app now the adds seem to become faster and have a timer on them. I try to get a message to their tech support but that is impossible with this app. I am just going to have to contact Apple about this one.
